Spaghetti Sauce!

Ingredients:
3-4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 yellow onion
2 cloves Garlic
2 cans diced tomatoes
28oz tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
2 cans tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
Seasonings: salt, pepper, oregano, basil...

1. heat your oil in a big sauce pan (big enough to complete the whole project) on med-med hi
2. Chop your onion and put into pot once oil is hot.
3. add garlic
4. wait until onions start turning clear, then add your diced tomatoes. just pour 'em in!
5. add your water!
6. let it simmer for a while, then add your tomato paste! Stir in VERY WELL.
7. let simmer and add your sugar. you can also use honey if you like.
8. add as much seasonings as you like! (note: if you want to use this as a clean base for chili, don't add basil or oregano. just salt and pepper.)
9. find a lid and let it simmer for as long as you can. Turn the heat down to low-med. The longer you set it simmer the better it's going to be.
10. ladle over pasta, add meatballs, or pour it into a bag and put it in the freezer!!

ENJOY EVERYONE!!
